Celtic Shine Detailing - Terms & Conditions
1. General Agreement
By booking a service with Celtic Shine Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all customers using our valeting and detailing services.
2. Booking & Deposits
- Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon acceptance.
- For certain services, particularly high-value packages or jobs requiring specialized products, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Deposits must be paid within the specified time to secure the booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash and bank transfers.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price agreed upon at the time of booking will be honored.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
- If the vehicle is excessively dirty, contains pet hair, or requires additional work beyond the selected package, additional charges may apply. We will discuss any extra costs before proceeding.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new booking within 30 days.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- If we arrive at the scheduled location and are unable to access or complete the service due to customer circumstances, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Weather Conditions
- We are a mobile business and work in various weather conditions; however, in extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, storms), we may need to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if this is necessary.
7. Liability & Damage
- We take the utmost care when working on vehicles, using professional techniques and high-quality products.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, poor paintwork, or weak surfaces that may become more noticeable after cleaning.
- Any concerns must be raised before the service begins.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us before we leave, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Complaints made after we have left the premises will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Celtic Shine Detailing reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.
